| I taught primary so it was a bit of everything lol According to the scales Im still within my range - was 9st 2 last week am 8 st 11 this week so Im still within my range. Well done on the 2lb Irnbru - thats how I did it - 2lb a week is the best way - mine seems to be staying off anyway (fingers crossed) ................ better go round touching wood now | |

| Stella - i think it's fab that you are staying in your range so well great that you had a good holiday 4angels - and now you are back from hols - time to master the art of only going on the scales 2 times a week at the most lol. I have stayed the same this week (i think fluid retention) so not too worried, am sure it will keep moving down next week. | |

| haha so much for moving down this week - I am still the same so looks like another plateau time to dig in and push through and hopefully next week it will continue its downward spiral | |

I think it's a shame if if collapses as its been great - maybe it just needs one of us posting and it will kick start again? well I am pleased to announce *fanfare please* that I broke through my mini plateau and I have made it to 5 stone loss so am very pleased - 1 more stone to go and I will be half way there. how is everyone else doing? | |

| Ok, I've weighed in and it's not too bad. I've managed to recover most of my weight i'd added, and only had to adjust my ticker by 2 lbs So I must have lost about 6lbs on Slim Fast this week, and I think I lost a few pounds over the fortnight before as I was cutting back from totally gorging on everything, but not cutting back enough. I'm not going to take my smiley away though, I'm going to earn him back next week He's my motivation. | |

| Well done Starbuck!! I've decided to try weighing in kilograms for a while as it might curb my obsession with the scales not moving or going up by a pound or so for no apparent reason Anyway, I have lost 1kg, which is 2.2lbs (apparently as my Maths isn't fantastic) this week!! Have a good day! xx | |

| OOOh boy do I know how hard it is to stay off the scales!!! Admittedly have been on again this morning but as it is in kilograms it means very little to me at the moment!! I'm still a pounds and ounces girls really! When I made gingerbread men with the kids this weekend my sons job was to read the recipe to me and I don't know who was more confused, him or me as he kept saying for example, 10g instead of 100g and tablespoons instead of teaspoons etc...unless its in ounces I have to think about it a bit more but he certainly was clouding the issue!! I guess it is whatever measurement you are most used to....I worked on a deli counter for a while (halff my lifetime ago!) and it was all ounces then!! LOL!!!!!! Have a good day!! | |
