WEEKLY WEIGH INS - Sundays

Well i've lost just under a 1lb this week, ok not great but I really thought i'd put on so i'm happy it's at least a loss.

Hoping for a good week next week though, so I can get another

I haven't lost any more yet, and by weighing myself everyday the scales are up and down quite a bit during the week depending on fluid I suppose.

One thing is for sure....its a damn sight easier to put lbs on than it is to lose them

(whispering again) ....ticker is correct at the moment....it always seems to happen during the week, then come weigh-in day I have put some back on, then it goes again, then a loss in the middle of the week....t'is very strange (exits tiptoeing!!)

3lb this week, I'm a happy girl for once

I've not lost any more since losing 1.2 kg during the week, however I have maintained it this morning which I am still really pleased about.

I have not been to the gym this month and have been hammered for uni work but almost there and i will get back to it - got one exam today, a group report due tomorrow then i have my big two exams on tue n wed of next week so am hoping to squeeze the gym in after wednesday and before tuesday lol.

Thanks Starbuck, I think it equates to about a 10lb loss in total so I am chuffed.

I'm sure you'll have a good loss next week hun if you have maintained this week. I maintained, then put 2lb on then lost it again and an extra 2lb with it...weight loss is a very fickle thing!!!! xxxx

Maintained this week, but if I lose any it normally doesn't register on a Sunday but during the week?!!! Another 3lbs off before Christmas is my aim...fingers crossed!!!!

I'm down 3lbs this week!!! woohoo!!

I need to lose half a lb to be at my pre-Christmas target. I keep confusing myself going between pounds and kilograms but thankfully the converters on t'internet help enormously!!!

Weighing in kilos helps me though as I can see when I have lost a bit, but it would perhaps not be enough to weigh a whole pound less, it spurs me on anyway!!!
