Dont worry, papa, it's just a blip! just use it to give you motivation to start this week properly :) My period is due in about 4 days so ive been all bloated and feel heavier, im hoping if i can eat well between now and a few days after my period, then i will lose all the water im retaining and it will be quite a nice result!! :) xx

| not 100% sure what the different codes are, but assuming:
Highest Weight? 22 st 2lbs Current Weight 18st 13 lbs goal weight? - my immediate target is to lose 5lbs over the next couple of weeks or so
(this will mean that I have lost 50lbs - when I reach 18st 2lbs I will be 1/3 of the way to my weight loss) ug ( ultimate goal?) - 12 stone - or back to about a 14 on bottom and 12 on top - what i was before marriage and kids. Papa, don't be disappointed, you are right no point beating yourself up about it - the wii fit advises you that your body weight fluctuates by about 2lbs throughout the day anyway, so weight is always a rough guide.

| HW: 13st 1lb CW: 12st 6lb GW1: 12st 1lb by my birthday (23rd May) GW2: 11st 3lb by the end of the school year UG: 9st 7lb
This format is a little strange, in that it doesn't allow you to say how much you have lost this week so I'm going to add that in too!
This week I have lost 2lb and over an inch around my waist. It has been tough but I am really proud!

| OK - I am trying not to get too fixated on how much I want to lose week by week. My 29th birthday is just under 7 weeks away and Ideally I'd like to lose a stone.
Meaning 2lbs a week for the next few weeks should shift it. BUT I know from experience losing the "last" bit of weight is the hardest!!
I currently weight 9st 4lbs (my heaviest weight ever being a massive 10st 13lb before I lost 3st) and up until about a year ago I was between 8st and 8st 4lbs....
I am incredibly unhappy and pissed off with myself as I've basically let myself get fat again!! I am only 5ft 1in by the way so anything 8st 7lbs + for me is not comfortable..

| Hi Rainbow I know it sounds cliched and it's difficult but try and start afresh on your healthy eating ergime with a positive attitude. I did - I was determined to a) get slim and fit and b) prove someone wrong. As the weight started to shift I got more encouraged and positive. Some of the people on here, in fact all of the people on here are very encuoraging - they must be - they've motivated me to do some exercise Anyway - good luck and if you're ever feeling pissed off with yourself pop on here for a bit of motivation | |
