| Well I have had 2 marathon sessions at the gym and I managed to do intervals on the treadmill of running for one min then brisk walk for 2 and kept that up for 30 mins then did a strenuous half hour on the cross trainer then swam 100 lengths so 2000 metres and this was after I had done my wii fit and weights bench at home. The swimming took me about 100 mins as I am so slow but i just didn't stop and I am loving my new fitness levels. Plus I tried on a top I bought about 3 months ago that I didn't wear as I felt it clung a bit and I had this sort of "muffin top" thing with it - and I tried it on yesterday and it is loose and not clingy now  so wore it to work - woo hoo | |

| a wardrobe sort reveals that not only can I now easily fit in to every single pair of trousers I own but this also means I am back to my uni size...maybe even an inch or two slimmer. Woop! | |
