| The only thing of hers that tempts me is cheese - I wouldnt eat any of the other stuff - it's mainly crap - cakes, trifles, chocolate etc. Mines the only fresh stuff in there but obviously I wasnt going to knock up a chilli or spag bol at 12 o clock | |

| Both yours and her types of food sound good to me!!! I just like food!!!! Nah you can't really become Nigella in the kitchen at midnight!!....though she does sneak into the fridge herself to eat leftovers at funny hours (though that might just be for the film crews benefit!!!) | |

| I did the oh yeah "wrestling" yeah thats a new name for it too lol 4Angels. I had a fish finger sandwich as I love them - but it didn't taste as good as i remember them so that was a scunner. I jumped on the scales this morning as I have my biggest loser check in tonight so wanted to compare what the gym scales say and I have lost another 1 lb but i use the wii fit and i started off using the 3 lb added weight for clothes so will expect the gym scales to say slightly more. I am trying so hard to drink more water as when i got my body fat percentage checked it was saying i was only 35% hydrated and its supposed to be about 70% so want to get an accurate check to start with. | |

| hey Stella, thanks for asking i have got myself a kick ass gym programme now - i asked for a weights based one - it took a couple of hours and my trainer gave me loads of time and tips. I said about the interval training on the treadmill and my trainer suggested instead of trying to run really fast for the minute - try & slow it down a bit and do like a fast jog and build up my time first then as that adjusted I could then get faster - so I tried this morning and managed 30 mins solid at a sort of brisk jog - was so pleased with myself - I never thought i could be one of those people that just saunters up to the treadmill and just runs - but I can actually see that happening. I feel like I am one step closer to being able to eventually run a marathon - I just can't say how happy I am about this. | |

| Hope things are better after next thurs Wonderwoman...not long to go hun keep your chin up!!! Fed up that despite what I eat the weight is not budging...I may not have done much exercise recently but I have restricted my calories (not under 1,200 though) and I still am not losing even a little bit of weight!!! There's no possibility that my body thinks it is starving and therefore preserving weight as my maintaining intake should be 1,900. Is there a banging your head against the brick wall smiley? Nope...this one will have to do instead Rant over | |

| Thanks Stella. What usually happens is if I lose a pound one day I mysteriously put two on when it comes to Sunday weigh-in time and I really don't know why that happens!!! | |

| haha - my scales do that to 4 Angels lol - i am worried about the scales tomorrow as i have barely exercised and will be hacked off if i go back up from the 4 stone marker - i have tried to be sensible with food, but the odd bigger meal stops the starving calorie grabbing mode and trying to look on it as a recharge of batteries before getting back to full speed again - but am a bit fed up with being made to slow down a bit - especially as i only have 6 weeks until uni starts. - that could be enough to lose just about a stone - but i am happy with how my fitness levels have improved - am trying to tell myself that i should not be putting so much store into what size i am when i arrive at uni - but its that see saw thing again lol. | |

| Hoping you will be pleased with the scales this week Irnbru despite the exercise problems!! Having to slow down due to injury must be really difficult and frustrating for you, but at least once you have been to the Doctor's you can decide afterwards how best to progress fitness wise. At the moment I suppose being in limbo is the biggest problem really. You may well lose another stone before Uni starts yet, but regardless of this you should be so proud and confident because of your weight loss so far. Anybody else get really hacked off when they eat a meal that they haven't overly enjoyed and feel like it is a total waste of calories but can't be bothered making anything else - maybe its just me but I feel cheated!!! | |
