| Hi everyone, newbie here! Stumbled across this forum through a link on DS  My name is Lisa, i'm 25 and have been losing weight since the beginning of March. So far i've lost just over a stone by sticking to a healthy eating plan and walking/running 3 times a week, its been hard and i've had my bad weeks but i'm getting there. I'm hoping to lose another half a stone and then be able to keep the weight off! I'm guessing that is the hardest part!! Anyway, nice to 'meet' you all Lisa x | |
