Just to let you know ive got down to 192lbs
thats from 246lbs since june / july
Nothing too drastic just an improvement in what i eat, a strictly no rabbit food and rice cake diet
Lean Meats, Rices, Pasta, new potatoes, salad and cereals / grains
Had a few naughty days at the all you can eat but i just watched what i ate a little.
I want to lose another 10 lbs or so and tone up .
Minimal Exercise on the wiifit an exercise bike and some free weights, and this month ive started running a little to get my fitness on the up
