Ive been healthy eating, ive created my own diet which is pretty much look at the food labels and find whats got the least fat in it compared to its alternative.
I.e
Wrap instead of sandwich
Tin of Tomatoes and a load of spices = 0.2 g fat compared to a pre prepared curry sauce which = 16g fat
Clover Lighter instead of Clover
1% milk instead of 2%
that spray olive oil stuff instead of normal oil
Sweet and Sour sharwoods is a very nice and low fat thing to add to a load of veg and a chicken breast for a great low fat stirfry
Boiled Rice instead of Fried
Chicken Breast and wholewheat pasta with dolmio light (add some garlic and its great) (only about 2.5 - 3g of fat)
Ive not really compromised in anyway and have still enjoyed every meal i have eaten
Ive not really paid attention to anything except fat content i.e. calories
A few weeks ago i got some 2kg weights and last week i got a wii ... my cardio workout is amazing really works up a sweat and is really fun.
I started at about 113 kg near the end of june now im just under 98 kg
