WEEKLY WEIGH INS - Sundays

Tried really hard this week, no slip up's. So i'm hoping for a good loss, i'll be upset if I havn't lost. It's really my first week of dieting, so I should lose something.

I'm sure you will have lost, Starbuck just a few more days and we can all hear the good news

I was cheeky and weighed myself this morning, i wanted to be 1lbs lighter than i am this week, but i think the vast amounts of rich tea i ate yesterday stopped that! lol. still, if i do ok for sat and sunday i mmight just make it! heres to hoping!

I'm dreading the weigh in. I'm having a "I'm feeling fat day today"

Really upset I've only lost 2lbs this week

2lbs is good!!! I've always been told that if the weight comes off at a steady rate it is better and theres more chance you'll keep it off. Anyway what are you doing weighing on a Friday - you're supposed to wait till Sunday

Haven't got a working set of scales at home, so am weighing in Boots on a friday.

Just upset because i've only really started this week, and thought because i've got so much to lose I would have a big loss this week.

Pleased with myself that I didn't give up and binge afterwards though, even though my kids have tried to tempt me all morning. First they wanted to go to Starbucks and have a cookie, I had a bottle of water. Then while at the bus stop waiting to go home, The oldest HAD to go to toilet that minute. The nearest place was Mcdonalds and they ended up wangling a happy meal out of me, I didn't have anything though, not even a sly chip.

Just hope I lose next week!

I found I had a disappointing loss the first week then a bigger loss in week two. Remember your body has got to adjust !!

Be proud that you have lost and use as an encouragement.

I AIM for 2lbs a week Tell you something if I've lost 2lbs this week I'll be dancing round the scales Unfortunately, from the feel of my clothes I think Ive put on

Starbuck - each pound is 3,500 calories - so losing two pounds is eating or burning off 7,000 calories - how can you be let down with that - it's a fab loss, the slower it comes off the slower it goes back on - well done

2lbs a week is great Stella is right if you lose slowly you're more likely to keep it off

Just think, 2lbs in a week is good, anything over is just a bonus! gosh, i nearly typed boner then. lol. you can tell whats on my mind at the moment

I'm not looking forward to sunday.... lol

HW: 14 stone 12 pounds - January 2006, have been on and off diets since then
CW: 12 stone 7 pounds
LTW: FOUR POUNDS - Woo Hoo
GW1: 11 stone 10 pounds
GW2: 10 stone 10 pounds
UG: 10 stone

Feeling quite good in case you couldn't tell!

63.7 kg this morning that's me, no clothes just after breakfast in bathroom on electronic scales

HW: 13st 1lb
CW: 12st 3lb
LTW: 3lb
GW1: 12st 1lb by 23rd May
GW2: 11st 1lb by end of July
UG: 9st 7lb

bit miffed at a 1lb but hey its still a loss and I am definitely getting fitter so pleased - slow but sure

that's some great weight loss this week what a fab start 4 lbs Stripey - you must be so chuffed and wonderwoman - 3 lbs - and you have had holes in your feet as well - well done thats great and Flax - with your 2 lbs that's fab - well done everyone
