| Thanks RBgirl and Flax - I feel great!!! All in all it's taken about 8 - 9 months - I've taken it steady averaging about 2lb a week. As I've said earlier (although I don't know if it was on this thread) I went shopping Friday and my mum had to go and change clothes from a 10 to an 8 !!! I dont think Ive ever been an 8 in my life!! I feel great and healthy and want to thank you guys on here for all the inspiration (and the kicks up the bum) that I've needed. You inspired me to exercise which is an achievement in itself!! | Well Ive been off the diet / maintenance plan for the last 6 weeks and it looks like Ive still maintained. Will weigh myself properly tomorrow and get back to you. Fingers crossed. | |
